The Capital District van route will not be run today (Wednesday, May 1). Make-up deliveries for CD libraries will occur on Friday, May 3.

The North Country van route will have a substitute driver and a modified itinerary today (Wednesday, May 1).
NC libraries with more than one scheduled delivery per week will not get a delivery today. NC libraries whose only scheduled delivery is Wednesday will get a delivery today. Additionally, Twin Mountain will receive a delivery today as a previously promised make-up for yesterday’s canceled NC route.

The NHAIS ILL System will be offline for up to 15 minutes starting at 10 o'clock tonight (Tuesday, Apr. 30) for a software update that includes a fix for the "Item Owned By Your Library" message. This message is supposed to appear whenever a request is created for material that the system determines is already in your collection--but it hasn't been showing up lately. After tonight's update, users should see the message with the option to "Continue" and create the request or "Cancel" and return to the previous page. Whether created by patron or staff, requests for "Owned By Your Library" items will go into Awaiting Approval status, requiring staff approval.

Hello, unfortunately we’ve had a last minute cancellation of the North Country van route today (Tuesday, Apr. 30). All stops on today’s route receive a 2nd delivery this week with the exception of Bartlett and Twin Mountain. Twin Mountain will receive a makeup delivery tomorrow, Bartlett will receive a delivery on Friday.
