hello! Playing along with the current CAS COLOURS & SKETCHES challenge
Loved following this sketch - no limits to the options! I had these flower heads, etc. left from a couple other cards and so it came together pretty easily.

Card was folded in half and then trimmed on the front panel by 1/4” on each side as shown. I tried adding some die cut black sprigs but it was not the improvement I had pictured.

Playing along with the following challenges:
Colored panel was ink blended. Bird was stamped on Kraft card stock and then fussycut. Bird and words were foam mounted. Clear epoxy dots were colored with alcohol marker.

Branch was colored with pencils, fussy cut and mounted with foam dots. Polka dot circle was larger with a distressed edge but needed cutting down to fit the sketch better.

hello! Playing along with the Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge this week.
UPDATE :o)
The background was made using my faux watercolor technique. I cut the heart from the background, and then used the background as the cardfront base. For the border on the white cardstock I used a Scor-Pal to add a raised line around each straight edge. This panel was then popped up on a scrap of foam.
