We used to be open on Sundays all the time, just like the other guys. With experience we discovered, though, that most bad incidents that could happen often happened on Sunday. If an oven were to break down, or a big argument between co-workers were to occur, it would more likely than not occur on Sunday. We realized that maybe the old "day of rest" idea was good for people and equipment alike, and so far the theory has been proven right. The equipment lasts longer, and everyone gets along better now that we close on Sundays.
