Happy Birthday! and more

Hi everyone, I hope that the start of this holiday weekend is a good one for you!  I also want to wish all my U.S. friends a safe and Happy Fourth of July! One of the people that works with Ricky asked if I could make a card for her for her nephew's 18th birthday and of course I had to say "YES!" and I knew just the card to make.  A while back, actually five years ago I made a card for

   

Ok, I'm a few day's early but I wanted to show you a little something I made for hubby's co-workers.  I love to make little treats for his work family.  So this July 4th I made them some fire works! I wrapped 5 Rolo's in red paper that was measured 3" x 3 1/4" and secured it with red line tape.  I then took a strip of 1" pattern paper and wrapped it at the top of the roll. 

   

Good Afternoon blogging friends!  I hope today finds you well.  It is a gloomy, gloomy day here.  Kind of drizzly.  But I'm not going to complain ~ I'm inside and it is not HOT out :) I wanted to show you all something that I did to help me a little better with my card making.  Now you all know that I love my Stampin' Up! stuff.  I love how they have the cutting

   

Good evening everyone!  I hope that today found you well.  The past couple of weeks I've been a little busy.  With Mother's Day, then Danielle's birthday ~ she turned 23.  Where has the time gone to?  And then with hubby working last weekend and his only day off we had chores to do.  The planting of his garden.  It is a little small this year, but that's ok.&
