241 "Thinking of you/Hello cards heading to #Bringsmilestoseniors

Happy Friday! I have a whole bunch of cacards to share in this post.  A few minutes ago, I taped up a box that has 241 cards in it. I am donating them to Bring Smiles To Seniors.

On most of the cards I used the April Sheetload of Cards Sketch. It's a great Sketch to use to make a bunch of cards quickly. #SUYSAPR2020 #showusyoursheetload the Sketch can be downloaded at the Call Me Crafty Al YouTube channel after subscribing.  Each month on the 1st, Alicia posts a new sketch with measurements and cutting diagrams.

Here are all the cacards I made.

April Sheetload of Cards #SUYSAPR2020 Set of 6 "ALOHA" cards featuring #lawnfawn and #echopark

Happy Tuesday!   I have an April Sheetload of Cards Collaboration Team set of cards to share today.  The stamps I used are from a Lawn Fawn stamp set called Aloha. The papers are from an Echo Park 12 x 12 paper pack called Summer Fun.  I made these cards and then finished off the entire pack. I'll share those cards in another post.

When I set down to make my cards, I had my music blaring from a speaker and wasn't paying close attention to what I was doing....  because when I went to put the cards on the card bases, I realized that my top layers weren't cut to the right size!!!!!!!  This was after a long day... sigh!   I cut them 4 1/4" x 5 1/4" instead of 5 1/2" and I couldn't trim down the 4 1/4" side because I had already put the card fronts together.. I improvised and made a bottom layer and adhered the tops and let it go~!   These cards will be in a box heading to Florida to the Bring Smiles to Seniors organization.

Ever since receiving the sketch, I have made 113 cards with it. I will share the other 107 in other posts.

Here are my first 6 cards I made using this month's Sheetload of Cards April Sketch ~ it's a keeper~!

Here is where to subscribe to the Call Me Crafty Al YouTube channel and then download the April #SUYSAPR2020 Sketch

Today We Celebrate You ~ Swap card for La-La Land Crafts FB group swap.

Happy Tuesday!  I have a card to share that I made and sent off for a card swap I was in on the La-La Land Facebook page.  My swap sister received the card, so I thought I'd share it.

The card is 5 1/2" x 5 1/2" square.  I found a sketch that I really liked and cased the layout.

I have lots of the La-La Land kits, but have never used one because I was afraid of coloring the larger image.  I like the way it turned out. It was pretty heavy with all the layers on it.

28 Thinking of You cards from a 6x6 paper pad #MOJOSKETCH533-535

Happy Sunday! I have another lot of cards I made from a 6x6 paper pad. I used the Echo Park Just Be You pad.  My pad was partially used. I cut up all the full sheets, then I cut up all the other pieces to use on the cards.

The sketch this month is different.  Julie has created a cut diagram showing how you can get  the pieces for the three sketches from some 6x6.5 (uses the pieces with the holes on them) double sided pattern paper, to create the sketches.
