Celebrations!

Today I am doing a different take on Stars and Stripes.  I am using the Build a Cupcake clear stamp set and matching die as my focus on the card. Then I used the Spellbinders Nested Stars to cut small and medium size stars of color that match the decorator paper.  The paper is striped and then I cut them into strips to make the background.  The sentiment comes in the stamp set.  Add a little
