HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible Entrants must participate using The Home Depot® Mobile App (the “App”) following the steps below or the Mail-In Method.

A. VIA THE HOME DEPOT® MOBILE APP: Participation using this method requires a mobile device capable of downloading and running the App. Standard data rates may apply. To enter, the Entrant must:

1. Download the App (available for free on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store) to their mobile device. If the Entrant already has the App, ensure that you have the latest version installed. The Entrant must open the App and log in to their Home Depot account or create a free account if they do not already have one.
2. Locate the banner within the App designated for the Sweepstakes and tap to access the Sweepstakes hub.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete and submit the required registration form and the mandatory Entrant survey (the “Survey”). Entrants must complete the Survey in its entirety to be eligible for the Sweepstakes. Entrants may not enter on someone else’s behalf. Upon successful completion of the Survey, Entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (the “Initial Entry”). Survey responses will not be judged or scored and will not affect an Entrant’s chances of winning beyond receiving the applicable entry.
4. Optional Bonus Entries. After completing the Initial Entry, the Entrant will be presented with opportunities to earn up to four (4) additional entries (each a “Bonus Entry”) by completing specific tasks within the App during the Sweepstakes Period. These tasks are optional, can be completed in any order, and are not required to enter the Sweepstakes, but will increase the Entrant’s chances of winning. • Task 1: Watch the Video in the App – Earns 1 Bonus Entry – Click to watch the video in the App. • Task 2: Try “Store Mode” – Earns 1 Bonus Entry The Entrant must visit a Home Depot store and activate “Store Mode” within the App. • Task 3: Make a Purchase in the App – Earns 1 Bonus Entry The Entrant must complete a purchase of any amount using the App.

If an Entrant successfully completes all three (3) of the optional tasks listed in Step 3 above, they will automatically receive one (1) additional Bonus Entry. Making a purchase is optional and is not required to enter or win. An Entrant may earn the maximum number of entries without making a purchase.

The tasks will remain available until April 22, 2026, at 4:59:59 PM ET. An Entrant may receive a maximum of five (5) entries via the App (1 Initial Entry + 4 Bonus Entries) during the entire Sweepstakes Period.

B. MAIL-IN METHOD – ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY: Entrants can also enter the Sweepstakes without downloading the App and completing the Survey by hand writing their name, address, city, state, ZIP code, email address, and phone number on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in a #10 envelope to: PMC, PO Box 5018 Dept. 13882, Stacy, MN 55078. Entries must be received by April 22, 2026, at 4:59:59 PM ET. Entries received after the Sweepstakes Period are void and will not be eligible to win a Prize. Entrants may not enter on someone else’s behalf. An Entrant may mail in up to five (5) separate envelopes with the information above to receive the maximum number of entries allowed. Each envelope equals one (1) entry. An Entrant may receive a maximum of five (5) entries total, including any combination of App and Mail-In entries. Mail-in entries are not required to complete a survey and will receive the same number of base entries as entries received via the App.

There is a limit of five (5) total entries per person, regardless of the method of entry used.

PRIZES:

GRAND PRIZE – One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) to the FIFA World Cup 2026. The Grand Prize consists of the following:

• Two (2) game tickets to the FIFA World Cup 2026 Finals in East Rutherford, NJ currently scheduled on July 19, 2026 (“Grand Prize Match”).
• Round-trip coach class air transportation for Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) from a major commercial airport near the Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to a major commercial airport near East Rutherford, NJ. If Winner resides within a one hundred fifty (150) mile radius of East Rutherford, NJ, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to provide round-trip ground transportation. In such cases, the difference in value between airfare and ground transportation will not be awarded to the Winner.
• Two (2) nights’ hotel accommodation at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (one (1) standard single room, double occupancy).
• One (1) Ten Thousand US Dollar ($10,000.00 US) The Home Depot® Gift Card (subject to terms and conditions of the issuer).
• One (1) Five Hundred US Dollar ($500.00 US) Visa® Gift Card (subject to terms and conditions of the issuer).

All other costs, including ground transportation, meals, insurance, and incidental expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner and Guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Travel must be completed on the specific dates set forth above (July 18, 2026 – July 20, 2026), unless modified by Sponsor as set forth herein. Winner does not have the right to change or modify the travel dates. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify the departure and/or return dates, including in consideration of flight availability, carrier schedules, or other logistical constraints. If the Winner and Guest are unable to travel on the dates specified by Sponsor, the Grand Prize will be forfeited, and Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner or void the Grand Prize entirely such that it will not be awarded. All travel arrangements (airline and hotel) must be made through Sponsor and/or its designated travel agent. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. Winner is responsible for all hotel check-in requirements, including the presentation of a major credit card for incidental expenses.

Grand Prize Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) Total: $16,855.00 US. Actual value may vary based on point of departure, airfare, and hotel rate fluctuations.

SECOND PRIZE – Ten (10) Second Prize Winners will each receive two (2) tickets to a single FIFA World Cup 2026 match (the “Second Prize Match”), subject to the following conditions:

• The Second Prize Match must choose from a select list of Group Stage or Knockout Stage matches played at a venue located within the United States (Atlanta, Boston, Dallas, Houston, Kansas City, Los Angeles, Miami, New York/New Jersey, Philadelphia, San Francisco Bay Area, or Seattle) (the “Match List”). Not all Group Stage or Knockout Stage matches are available. Sponsor does not guarantee availability for any match, including high demand matches (e.g., matches featuring the U.S. National Team).
• The Second Prize explicitly excludes the FIFA World Cup 2026 Final match in East Rutherford, NJ on July 19, 2026.
• Second Prize Match selection is subject to ticket availability at the time of request. Selections will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, determined by the date and timestamp of the Winner’s return of all required documents and their choice of preferred match(es) from the Match List. Once the allocated tickets for a specific match have been claimed by another Second Prize Winner, that match will no longer be available for selection unless Sponsor, in its sole discretion, decides to make additional tickets available for that match. In the event a Winner’s preferred match is unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to require the Winner to select an alternate match from the remaining available matches on the Match List or forfeit the Prize.
• TRANSPORTATION AND LODGING ARE NOT INCLUDED. All expenses related to travel to and from the Second Prize Match such as airfare, ground transportation, parking, and hotel accommodations, are the sole responsibility of the Second Prize Winner and their Guest.

ARV of Each Second Prize: $2,154.00 US. Total ARV of all Second Prizes: $21,540.00 US. Actual value may vary based on Match selected.

THIRD PRIZE – Five Hundred (500) Third Place Winners will win one (1) FIFA World Cup 2026 Replica Ball. ARV of Each Third Prize: $65.00 US. Total ARV of all Third Prizes: $32,500.00 US.
