Woot! Time to share the card I made for AUGUST'S Fancy Friday Challenge! Can you believe it is SEPTEMBER already?! Gah! I know I can't! Time if FLYING too fast! But this month is all about the In Colors! I LOVE this color line from Stampin' Up! I picked a few to use for this card ... two that are new this year and one that is from last years collection.
We've got Secret Sea, Strawberry Slush, and Summer Splash! LOVE these colors together ... if I do say so myself. Hee. I also love that little pop of Lemon Lolly to make "smile" stand out.
A few more details ... TWO TONE Cardstock is SO MUCH FUN! Here, I stamped it, embossed it, and then sanded it a bit. LOVE the fun texture it adds! Without any extra bulk! This bundle is a fun one to play with also. It is the Spotlight on Nature Bundle. Sadly ... the stamp set has been discontinued. But the dies are still around! And the greeting stamp set I used, Patterns of Friendship, is on the Last Chance list. So if you don't have it - GRAB IT! It is a fabulous one! I use it ALLLLL the time!

Do you like Petal Pink?! I hope so - cause this one is full of it! Hee. This is my second alternative that I am sharing from Stampin' Up!'s Farmhouse Florals Paper Pumpkin Kit. You can see the first one in THIS POST! I ♡♡♡ LOVE LOVE ♡♡♡ these typewriter die-cuts that are in the kit. So I wanted to highlight it! And then how the kit mixes it with beautiful flowers ... well I think it is just stunning! 😃 All supplies are from Stampin' Up!
Who wouldn't feel they were loved when they got this card?! I may be biased, but I think most would! 😀😂
Let me share a few details ...
The kit comes with the paper pieces to stamp & put in the typewriter also - isn't that so adorable?! I used the Everyday Arches Dies to create the base of the focal point on the card. Then I also used the Pretty Florals Bundle - Stamp Set & Dies - to add these fun floral accents on the corners. The background was stamped in Calypso Coral onto Petal Pink cardstock. I used one of the stamps from the kit. Yes - this kit comes with A FREE Bonus Stamp Set! So you get TWO stamp sets in this kit! And I love this one ... it is a strip of that fun accent that lines up with itself ... so you can easily stamp it repeatedly! ***FUN TIP *** I took a Blending Brush and added some Petal Pink ink to the cardstock before I stamped it. I just did this to get a bit more depth to the color tone and to stand out against the same colored card base. Fun little detail.

I used some extra products from Stampin' Up! to add to the beauty of the pieces of the kit and the stamp set from the kit. And ☆ BONUS!! ☆ ... this kit comes with an EXTRA FREE STAMP SET! Woot! So I used BOTH of the stamp sets! Also ... did you know every 3 months there is a new die set released that coordinates with the Paper Pumpkin kits? So I also used the die set that coordinates with this kit and is called Circle of Seasons.
Let me point out some details:
🌷 The circle die-cut & the "hello" greeting is from the Paper Pumpkin die set.
🌷The gold floral image & the gold background is all stamped and embossed with Gold Embossing Powder. The stamps are both from the kit stamp sets.
🌷 The designer paper used here is from the Country Woods paper pack. I love how the gold embossed detail looks on this paper!
🌷 The flower over the ribbon is from the kit and the floral die-cut is from the Beautiful Motifs Dies.
🌷 The ribbon is actually the White 1/4" Ribbon. However ... I cut off one of the sides of the ribbon and frayed it. Love how much texture and details this adds.

Here are the projects I made! This bundle is so much fun! It has fabulous greetings and dies that make my heart smile! Look how cute it is!
Let me show you the projects I made just a little bit closer. I mean ... just look at those layered die-cuts! I embossed the Azure Afternoon back label and popped it behind the white one to add a fun detail. Love that color pop!
For some fun texture, I used some Designer Series Paper to cut out the dies, as well as colored cardstock.
Then a little embossed greeting with some splatter and sponged edges make that greeting pop right off the page.
Now for the second card!
Love the impact a greeting can make when you just stamp it repeatedly. And then mix in this fun label ... it is die-cut with Two-Tone Cardstock, embossed, then sanded to reveal the white core. Look at that fun detail!
