Chocolate Chip Card Stock gift basket with Sweet Pea Felted Flowers
Another view This card was made with the same Sweet Pea Felted Flowers; the flowers pull up and the stems leave room for writing little notes to/for the receiver to discover.
CHRISTMAS CARD
This Christmas card is a remake of one that my good friend Alice made for me right before I left Tampa. I loved it and had been waiting for December to roll around to attempt to re-create. I only have one photo, I hope you enjoy!

What an awesome stamp set! I stamped out three of the same owls, all with a flower and used each on a different project and they all turned out super cute.

OWL TOGETHER NOW ~ MINI NOTEBOOK ALBUM
It has been at least a month since I have been able to get into my craft room to play. I had one week off between semesters and I enjoyed every single minute of the time not spent studying for exams. After reading a couple of books just for fun, I hit my computer and started looking at my favorite blogs, which gave me ideas for this album as well as the cards that will follow.
I found instructions for this awesome little album HERE.

**The only thing I changed from the instructions was the length of card stock needed for the accordion fold to hold the album pages. Instead of 7", I used 10" so that all album pages would be on an inside fold.**

PEANUT BUTTER OATMEAL CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
When I was in high school, I worked two summers at Camp Singing Wind. First as a Kitchen Cutie and then as a Life Guard / Counselor. The cook for the camp (Cookie) would make these peanut butter/oatmeal/chocolate chip cookies that were just fantastic. I was never able to find a recipe that even came close to those camp cookies until three years ago. I started combining different cookie recipes until I found a good match. These cookies are my favorite!
~INSTRUCTIONS~
1 C PEANUT BUTTER 3/4 C BUTTER 1 C BROWN SUGAR 1/2 C SUGAR 2 C OATMEAL 1 C AP FLOUR 1 t BAKING POWDER 1 t BAKING SODA 1/2 t SALT 2 EGGS 1 t VANILLA 1-1/4 C CHOCOLATE CHIPS
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
Cream together peanut butter, butter, brown sugar and sugar. When blended add eggs and vanilla.
In separate bowl combine oatmeal, flower, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips.
Using medium cookie scoop, drop dough onto ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with a wet fork.
Bake for 8 - 12 minutes or until golden brown on edges.
