Série "15èmes Jeux nationaux", commune avec la Chine et Hong Kong, sur FDC de Macao 

Organisés tous les quatre ans depuis 1959, les Jeux nationaux de la République populaire de Chine (Jeux nationaux) constituent le plus grand et le plus prestigieux événement multisports national du pays.
Les 15èmes Jeux nationaux, qui se sont déroulés du 9 au 21 novembre 2025, étaient coorganisés par la province du Guangdong, Hong Kong et Macao. C'était la 3ème fois que le Guangdong accueillait les Jeux nationaux, après 1987 et 2001, et la première fois que les deux régions administratives spéciales de Chine, Hong Kong et Macao, organisaient cet événement. C'était également la première fois dans l'histoire des Jeux nationaux qu'ils étaient coorganisés par plusieurs provinces.
14252 athlètes, représentant chacun une province de Chine ainsi que certaines organisations importantes comme l'Armée populaire de libération, ont participé à cet événement, souvent surnommé les "mini jeux olympiques chinois", engagés dans 34 sports et 419 épreuves. 
Held every four years since 1959, the National Games of the People's Republic of China (National Games) are the country's largest and most prestigious national multi-sport event.
The 15th National Games, which took place from November 9 to 21, 2025, were co-hosted by Guangdong Province, Hong Kong, and Macau. This was the third time Guangdong had hosted the National Games, after 1987 and 2001, and the first time that the two special administrative regions of China, Hong Kong and Macau, had organized the event. It was also the first time in the history of the National Games that they had been co-hosted by multiple provinces.
14,252 athletes, each representing a province of China, as well as some major organizations such as the People's Liberation Army, participated in this event, often called the "Chinese Mini Olympics", competing in 34 sports and 419 events.

Le 9 novembre 2025, les administrations postales de Chine (3 timbres), Hong Kong (4 timbres) et Macao (4 timbres) ont mis en circulation différentes séries consacrées à ces 15èmes Jeux nationaux.
Un feuillet spécial a été imprimé, réunissant ces 11 timbres.

La zone de compétition de Macao accueillait cinq épreuves de ces 15èmes Jeux nationaux : le tennis de table, le basketball 3x3, le basketball 5x5 (catégorie hommes moins de 18 ans), le volleyball (femmes adultes) et le karaté. Ces 5 disciplines sont illustrées sur les 4 timbres ainsi que sur l'illustration sur l'enveloppe.
Par ailleurs, Guangdong, Hong Kong et Macao organisaient conjointement l'épreuve individuelle masculine de cyclisme sur route.
On November 9, 2025, the postal administrations of China (3 stamps), Hong Kong (4 stamps), and Macau (4 stamps) released different series commemorating these 15th National Games.
A special sheet was printed, featuring all 11 of these stamps.
The four stamps issued by Macau are featured on the official First Day Cover above. Thank you very much, Ruinan!
The Macau competition area hosted five events of these 15th National Games: table tennis, 3x3 basketball, 5x5 basketball (men under 18), volleyball (women), and karate. These five disciplines are illustrated on the four stamps as well as on the envelope.
In addition, Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macau jointly hosted the men's individual road cycling event.  

   

Bloc-feuillet "Investiture du 21ème président" sur FDC de Corée du Sud 

Afin de commémorer les 100 premiers jours du mandat du nouveau président de la République, Lee Jae-myung, la poste coréenne a mis en circulation, le 11 septembre 2025, un timbre (tirage : 3280000) ainsi qu'un bloc-feuillet, une série intitulée "Investiture du 21ème président".
Cet intitulé est vrai en terme de mandats, certains des 13 présidents précédents en ayant exercé plusieurs, mais Lee Jae-myung est devenu officiellement le 4 juin 2025, le 14ème président de la République de Corée depuis 1948. 
Le bloc-feuillet (430 won, conception : Park, Eun-kyung, tirage : 450000) a été utilisé sur la lettre ci-dessous avec TAD Premier Jour de Nambusan. Merci beaucoup Ji-Ho ! 
To commemorate the first 100 days of President Lee Jae-myung's term, the Korean Post issued a stamp (print run: 3,280,000) and a souvenir sheet on September 11, 2025, as part of a series entitled "Inauguration of the 21st President".
While the title is accurate in terms of presidential terms, as some of the previous 13 presidents served multiple terms, Lee Jae-myung officially became the 14th president of the Republic of Korea (since 1948) on June 4, 2025.
The souvenir sheet (430 won, design: Park Eun-kyung, print run: 450,000) was used on the cover below with First Day cancellation from Nambusan. Thank you so much, Ji-Ho!  

Le drapeau national (Taegeukgi) et le sceau présidentiel figurent sur la marge du bloc-feuillet à gauche, un portrait du nouveau président de la République étant reproduit sur le timbre.
Lee Jae-myung (né n 1963) est avocat de profession. Il fut maire de Seongnam de 2010 à 2018 puis gouverneur de la province de Gyeonggi jusqu'en 2021.
Lors de l'élection présidentielle de 2022, candidat du Parti démocrate - alors au pouvoir et formation centriste en Corée du Sud - , il est battu par le conservateur Yoon Suk-yeol.
En 2024, il est gravement blessé lors d'une tentative d'assassinat. Alors qu'il fait l'objet de plusieurs poursuites judiciaires, il remporte l'élection présidentielle de 2025, organisée après la destitution du président Yoon.  
Après le rôle important qu'il a joué dans la crise politique déclenchée avec la loi martiale décrétée le 3 décembre 2024 par l'ancien président destitué, Lee Jae-myung apparaissait en effet comme le favori de cette élection.

Lee Jae-myung (born in 1963) is a lawyer by profession. He served as mayor of Seongnam from 2010 to 2018 and then as governor of Gyeonggi Province until 2021.
In the 2022 presidential election, as the candidate of the Democratic Party—then in power and a centrist party in South Korea—he was defeated by the conservative Yoon Suk-yeol.
In 2024, he was seriously injured in an assassination attempt. Despite facing several legal proceedings, he won the 2025 presidential election, held after the impeachment of President Yoon.
After the important role he played in the political crisis triggered by the martial law decreed on December 3, 2024 by the ousted former president, Lee Jae-myung did indeed appear to be the favorite in this election.

Série "75 ans de relations diplomatiques", commune avec la Thaïlande, sur lettre du Laos 

Le Laos et la Thaïlande entretiennent des relations bilatérales depuis l'époque de leurs prédécesseurs, les royaumes de Lan Xang et d'Ayutthaya, au 15ème siècle.
Les deux pays partagent une frontière et présentent des similitudes linguistiques et culturelles. La région thaïlandaise d'Isan, au nord-est du pays, possède des racines laotiennes particulièrement profondes.
La diplomatie s'est concentrée sur le Mékong, avec l'ambition d'en faire un "fleuve de paix et d'amitié véritables". Les relations diplomatiques entre les deux états modernes ont été établies en 1950, mais la coopération transfrontalière a véritablement débuté à la fin de la Guerre froide. 
Le 19 décembre 2025, les administrations postales des 2 pays ont mis en circulation une intéressante série commune (2 timbres) à l'occasion du 75ème anniversaire de l'établissement de ces relations diplomatiques. 
La poste laotienne a imprimé ces 2 timbres (20000 LAK, tirage : 6000 chacun) en feuilles de 20 timbres, ainsi que dans un même bloc-feuillet (tirage : 3000).
Ces 2 timbres ont été utilisés sur la lettre ci-dessous envoyée en recommandé le 6 février 2026 depuis Vientiane, la capitale. Merci beaucoup Edwin !
Laos and Thailand have maintained bilateral relations since the time of their predecessors, the kingdoms of Lan Xang and Ayutthaya, in the 15th century.
The two countries share a border and exhibit linguistic and cultural similarities. The Thai region of Isan, in the northeast of the country, has particularly deep Laotian roots.
Diplomacy has focused on the Mekong River, with the ambition of making it a "river of true peace and friendship." Diplomatic relations between the two modern states were established in 1950, but cross-border cooperation truly began at the end of the Cold War.
On December 19, 2025, the postal administrations of the two countries issued an interesting joint series (two stamps) to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the establishment of these diplomatic relations.
The Laotian postal service printed these two stamps (20,000 LAK, print run: 6,000 each) in sheets of 20 stamps, as well as in a souvenir sheet (print run: 3,000).
These two stamps have been used on the cover below, sent by registered mail on February 6, 2026, from Vientiane, the capital. Thank you very much, Edwin!  

La Thaïlande et le Laos entretiennent depuis longtemps des liens étroits à travers la langue, la littérature, la religion, la culture et les traditions, notamment le Naga, une créature mythique, que les deux nations vénèrent comme protecteur du bouddhisme et symbole d'abondance.
Les Nagas gardent les trésors de la nature, sont attachés à l'eau et apportent la prospérité. 
Le premier timbre (conception : Thaneth Ponchaiwong pour la poste thaïlandaise) représente Phaya Si Satta Nakharat, un Naga vert émeraude aspergeant d'eau et libérant des fleurs de lotus, un geste symbolique d'amitié envers le pays voisin et de protection sur le Mékong. 
L'autre timbre (conception : Vongsavanh Damlongsouk pour la poste laotienne) met à l'honneur le Virupaksha Naga d'or, censé apporter chance, succès et bonheur à ceux qui croient en cette créature mythique. 
A noter que le logo officiel de ces 75 ans de relations diplomatiques n'est pas présent sur ces 2 timbres (c'est le cas sur les timbres thaïlandais). Ce logo a été dévoilé le 20 février 2025 à Bangkok à l'occasion de la visite officielle du premier ministre laotien.
Ce motif doré représente des monuments emblématiques tels que le Phra That Sri Song Rak en Thaïlande et le Pha That Luang au Laos. Le cadre complexe en forme de cœur, orné des fleurs et drapeaux nationaux, témoigne des liens culturels et historiques profonds qui se sont tissés au fil des décennies.
Thailand and Laos have long shared close ties through language, literature, religion, culture, and traditions, including the Naga, a mythical creature revered by both nations as a protector of Buddhism and a symbol of abundance.
Nagas guard nature's treasures, are associated with water, and bring prosperity.
The first stamp (designed by Thaneth Ponchaiwong for the Thai postal service) depicts Phaya Si Satta Nakharat, an emerald green Naga sprinkling water and releasing lotus blossoms, a symbolic gesture of friendship toward the neighboring country and protection over the Mekong River.
The other stamp (designed by Vongsavanh Damlongsouk for the Laotian postal service) features the golden Virupaksha Naga, believed to bring good fortune, success, and happiness to those who believe in this mythical creature. 
It is worth noting that the official logo commemorating these 75 years of diplomatic relations is not featured on these two stamps (this is the case on Thai stamps). This logo was unveiled on February 20, 2025, in Bangkok during the official visit of the Laotian Prime Minister.
This gold-toned motif depicts iconic landmarks such as Phra That Sri Song Rak in Thailand and Pha That Luang in Laos. The intricate heart-shaped frame, adorned with national flowers and flags, reflects the deep cultural and historical ties that have flourished over decades. 

   

Série "100 ans de recherche sur le caoutchouc" sur FDCs de Malaisie 

L'année 2025 marquait le centenaire de la recherche malaisienne sur le caoutchouc. Durant cette période, le Conseil malaisien du caoutchouc (MRB), anciennement connu sous le nom d'Institut de recherche sur le caoutchouc (fondé en 1925), a transformé avec succès l'industrie du caoutchouc, passant d'une agriculture de base à une industrie mondiale.
Au cours du siècle dernier, le MRB a été le moteur d'innovations majeures, notamment l'introduction du caoutchouc malaisien standard (SMR), le développement de clones à haut rendement et l'amélioration des propriétés chimiques et physiques du caoutchouc naturel (NR).
Ces innovations ont été commercialisées sous forme de produits tels qu'Ekoprena® et Pureprena, ainsi que dans des applications d'ingénierie de pointe comme les appuis antisismiques en caoutchouc et les technologies routières (RRIM EcoSprint, CMB).
The year 2025 marked the centenary of Malaysian rubber research. During this period, the Malaysian Rubber Board (MRB), formerly known as the Rubber Research Institute (founded in 1925), successfully transformed the rubber industry from a basic agricultural activity to a global industry.
Over the past century, the MRB has been the driving force behind major innovations, including the introduction of Standard Malaysian Rubber (SMR), the development of high-yield clones, and the improvement of the chemical and physical properties of Natural Rubber (NR).
These innovations have been commercialized in products such as Ekoprena® and Pureprena, as well as in advanced engineering applications like rubber earthquake bearings and road technologies (RRIM EcoSprint, CMB).  

À l'échelle mondiale, la Malaisie est un chef de file en matière de normalisation grâce à l'élaboration des normes internationales ASTM et ISO, et à son engagement fort en faveur du développement durable via le programme MSNR (Caoutchouc naturel durable malaisien).
Forte d'infrastructures de recherche de calibre mondial, dont le TARRC au Royaume-Uni, la Malaisie est aujourd'hui prête à aborder un nouveau siècle encore plus compétitif, innovant et durable dans le domaine des sciences et technologies du caoutchouc. 
Le 8 décembre 2025, la poste malaisienne a mis en circulation une intéressante série (2 timbres + 1 bloc-feuillet, conception : Mimesis Sdn. Bhd.) consacrée au 100ème anniversaire de la recherche sur le caoutchouc ("SeratusTahun Penyelidikan Getah").
Le bloc-feuillet (5 RM) et les 2 timbres (1,30 RM chacun) figurent respectivement sur les 2 FDCs officiels ci-dessus et ci-dessous, avec TAD de Kuala Lumpur. Merci beaucoup Khor ! 
Le bloc-feuillet ci-dessus illustre la récolte du caoutchouc malaisien, obtenu ici par la transformation du latex sécrété par certains végétaux (par exemple, l'hévéa).

On December 8, 2025, the Malaysian Post issued an interesting series (2 stamps + 1 souvenir sheet, designed by Mimesis Sdn. Bhd.) commemorating the 100th anniversary of rubber research ("Seratus Tahun Penyelidikan Getah").
The souvenir sheet (5 RM) and the two stamps (1.30 RM each) are featured on the two official FDCs above and below, respectively, with postmarks from Kuala Lumpur Thank you so much, Khor!
The souvenir sheet above illustrates the harvesting of Malaysian rubber, obtained here by processing the latex secreted by certain plants (for example, the rubber tree).

The stamp to the right illustrates various uses of Malaysian rubber, notably the rubber seismic bearings of the Sultan Abdul Halim Muadzam Shah Bridge (a cable-stayed bridge connecting Penang Island to the Malay Peninsula since 2008), the rubber road on Parliament Street in Kuala Lumpur, and a bus with ekoprene tires.
Currently, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Cambodia are among the world's leading producers of natural rubber.  

   

Timbres "Margot Friedländer (1921-2025)" et "Stolpersteine" sur FDC d'Allemagne 

Le 4 décembre 2025, la Deutsche Post a mis en circulation 2 timbres permettant de rendre hommage aux victimes de l'Holocauste, à travers les désormais célèbres "Stolpersteine" d'une part et Margot Friedländer, décédée en 2025, survivante allemande de la Shoah.
Un grand merci Jens pour l'envoi de cette splendide lettre incluant ces 2 timbres très émouvants, avec TADs Premier Jour de Berlin! 
Le timbre en bas à gauche (0,95€, conception : Andrea Voß-Acker) rend hommage à Margot Friedländer (1921-2025), citoyenne d'honneur de Berlin et titulaire de la Grand-Croix de l'Ordre du Mérite de la République fédérale d'Allemagne.
Née juive allemande à Berlin en 1921, déportée au camp de concentration de Theresienstadt en 1944 et libérée en mai 1945, Margot Friedländer a échappé de justesse à la mort sous la terreur nazie.
Elle fut la seule survivante de sa famille proche lors de l'Holocauste. Après plus de soixante ans d'exil à New York, elle retourna dans sa ville natale, Berlin, à l'âge de 88 ans et se consacra à faire en sorte que les atrocités commises contre des millions de personnes de sa génération ne se reproduisent jamais.
Margot Friedländer a inlassablement défendu la liberté, la démocratie et l'humanité à travers des lectures de son autobiographie, des interventions dans les écoles et des apparitions publiques.  
On December 4, 2025, the Deutsche Post issued two stamps to commemorate the victims of the Holocaust - one featuring the now-famous "Stolpersteine" (stumbling stones), and the other honoring Margot Friedländer, a German Holocaust survivor who passed away in 2025.

The stamp in the lower left corner (€0.95, design: Andrea Voß-Acker) pays tribute to Margot Friedländer (1921-2025), an honorary citizen of Berlin and recipient of the Grand Cross of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Born a German Jew in Berlin in 1921, deported to the Theresienstadt concentration camp in 1944 and liberated in May 1945, Margot Friedländer narrowly escaped death under Nazi terror.
She was the sole survivor of her immediate family during the Holocaust. After more than sixty years of exile in New York, she returned to her native Berlin at the age of 88 and dedicated herself to ensuring that the atrocities committed against millions of people of her generation would never be repeated.
Margot Friedländer tirelessly championed freedom, democracy, and humanity through readings from her autobiography, school visits, and public appearances.  

Margot Friedländer a marqué des générations. Son attitude, son courage et son élan de réconciliation ont touché des milliers de personnes. Elle ne se lassait jamais de rencontrer des jeunes et de leur dire : "Vous n'êtes pas responsables de ce qui s'est passé. Mais vous êtes responsables de faire en sorte que cela ne se reproduise plus jamais".
Une autre citation figure sur ce timbre : "Ne vous focalisez pas sur ce qui vous divise. Concentrez-vous sur ce qui vous unit. Soyez humains, soyez raisonnables". 
Le TAD évoque le le collier d'ambre qu'elle a reçu de sa mère, assassinée dans le camp de concentration d'Auschwitz avec son frère Ralph, et qu'elle portait parfois.
L'autre timbre (0,95€, conception : Jennifer Dengler) est consacré aux "Stolpersteine" ("pierres sur lesquelles on trébuche"), une création de l'artiste berlinois Gunter Demnig.
Encastrées dans le trottoir devant le dernier domicile des victimes du Nazisme, plus de 116000 "Stolpersteine" (la face supérieure, affleurante, est recouverte d'une plaque en laiton) ont ainsi été posées depuis 1990, principalement en Allemagne, mais aussi dans 31 autres pays européens. 
Ces "Stolpersteine" constituent ainsi le plus grand mémorial décentralisé au monde. 
Sur le timbre, une plaque avec la mention "Plus jamais ça, c'est maintenant" ainsi que "Une pierre, un nom, une personne". 
Margot Friedländer left her mark on generations. Her attitude, courage, and commitment to reconciliation touched thousands of people. She never tired of meeting young people and telling them, "You are not responsible for what happened. But you are responsible for ensuring that it never happens again".
Another quote appears on the stamp: "Don't focus on what divides you. Focus on what unites you. Be humane, be reasonable".
The postmark refers to the amber necklace she received from her mother, who was murdered in the Auschwitz concentration camp along with her brother Ralph, and which she sometimes wore.
The other stamp (€0.95, design: Jennifer Dengler) is dedicated to the "Stolpersteine" ("stumbling stones"), a creation of Berlin artist Gunter Demnig.
Embedded in the pavement in front of the last homes of victims of Nazism, more than 116,000 "Stolpersteine" (their upper surface is covered with a brass plaque) have been installed since 1990, primarily in Germany, but also in 31 other European countries.
These "Stolpersteine" thus constitute the world's largest decentralized Memorial.
The stamp features a plaque with the inscription "Never again, now" and "One stone, one name, one person".
