For the past several months I've been on such a granola kick! It's one of my favourite toppings for smoothie bowls because I love to have something crunchy in combination with the creamy smoothie. I recently had a craving for some chocolate granola, and being the tahini lover that I am (I drizzle it on so many things) I thought, why not combine the two?! Maple syrup is always my sweetener of choice for granola and so the following recipe was born.

Are you familiar with fat bombs? They're all the rage now with the popularity of the keto diet (a high fat, moderate protein, very low carb diet) - but even if you're not eating keto (I don't), fat bombs make a perfect sugar free snack any time of the day.

Sweetly Raw – Chocolate Juice Pulp Balls (Vegan/Nut Free/GF)

Lately I've been doing a lot of juicing, which is great, but I was bothered by how much pulp I was throwing out. I don't like to waste food, even more so when I'm using expensive organic produce. I wanted to come up with a tasty, healthy and EASY way to use the juice pulp that didn't require the use of a dehydrator. I've made juice pulp bread and crackers in the past but dehydrating can be quite time consuming (not to mention the fact that I don't want to fire it up in the warm months).
