Skinny Jeans Abby

Hello friends!   Happy belated New Year greetings to you!!  How is your year going??? I hope everyone is doing well!!  kel here to share with you a super sweet card and remind you to join in our monthly challenge!!   This sweetie is Skinny Jeans Abby at the top of the People Digis page!

I just adore her scarf and am completely envious of her skinny jeans... I think my New Year's resolution every year is to lose weight and I haven't been successful for the past couple years haha!!  Hope this year is better!

I colored Abby up with my Copics and then added her to some BEAUTIFUL script paper that's a perfect match!  So pretty... I love it!!

Thanks for stopping by, see you again soon!!

Firstly though a big thanks to everyone who played along in the December challenge Anything Goes with an Optional Twist Snowman and/or Snowflakes!! We loved looking at all the entries.

The winner, chosen at random, is.....

#8 Janice Melton

You have won 3 standard images of your choice. Please email Andrea at with the images of your choice and put  "December C
hallenge Winner" as the subject line to claim your prize.

Now onto our January challenge!!

The theme this month is Anything Goes with an Optional Twist "It Must Be Love"!

The Divas will be showcasing cards following the twist. It would be great if you could too but it is NOT essential.

Here's what the Doodlelicious Divas came up with...

Brenda using Shy Cupid

Joy using freebie Mailed My Heart

  Patricia  using Cupid's Arrow

Now it's your turn and we can't wait to see what you create!!

There will be one winner drawn at random from all eligible entries. If the winning entry has followed the 'Anything Goes' theme the prize will be
THREE standard Whimsie Doodles images of their choice. However, if the winning entry has followed the twist the prize is FIVE standard Whimsie Doodles images!

Please make sure you take a look at the Monthly Challenge Details for all the specifics before you link up.

You have until February 13th, 2016 to link up for your chance to win!!

Winter Leah

I am back again today with some inspiration for Whimsie Doodles. If you didn't enter to our Anything goes challenge yet you should. You can win 3 or 5 images from the shop!.

I am using Winter Leah for this card. You can find it in the Whimsie Doodles store. I colored it with Copic and Spectrum Noir markers.

I made the background with distress inks and I embossed some stars with white embossing powder and a cling stamp from Hero Arts. The snow contains are made with a die cut from Lawn fawn and the sentiment is rubber stamp from Recollections.

This is one of my favorite cards lately. I really enjoyed coloring it and making a different design. I hope you liked it too. For more details visit my blog.
