I thought it was time to start deciding what to be for Halloween. I really like the Carmen Miranda hat I made for Sabrina Renee a few years ago. I put it on her again this morning but as you can see she wasn’t very happy about it. It’s rather heavy. I took a real dog hat, pink, cowboy style, and found stuffed fruit to sew on it. Some are cat toys, some are baby toys that I found at Whole Foods. The grapes make the hat – but they are the heaviest thing on it.
I also made some ruffled leggings to go with the outfit but she really doesn’t like those!
Sabrina Renee like to take long walks on Sunday mornings. Today we went all around the park then across the bridge that takes us over Alamo Creek. Sabrina Renee like to listen to the ducks and watch them swim in the creek.
I haven’t shared news of Sabrina Renee in a long time so I thought I share this video that her walker, Kevin Metz, of Pawsitive Cause Pet Sitting, created of the two of them. We recently moved and were in need of a some daytime help. A friend found Kevin via an internet search and he is the perfect sitter for Sabrina Renee, as you’ll see in this video.
My spoiled golden retriever, Sabrina Renee, and I went out and did some errands this morning. She dressed in her Christmas sweater with the light-up tree and we stopped at the bank, which lets dogs in and gives them cookies, and the dog store, Wags and Whiskers.
She saw her friend Camille and her cousin, Bodhi, and they all posed for this photo. Of course, we also picked up some treats while we were there.
We had to stop by the veterinary clinic. Since it was cold, Sabrina Renee dressed in her red hoodie to stay warm.
We went into one of the treatment rooms and saw more photos of her on the walls.

In the photo below she is the one in the middle of the top row, looking up at the wall.
