Over on Instagram

Introductions aren't my strong suit. Awkwardness runs deep. But since there are quite a few new faces around here and because it's been a while since I've shared anything personal I thought I'd share 5 random things about myself today. Here's a look at the lady behind the feed. ♀️ 1. I decorated the walls of my high school bedroom with vintage Mickey Mouse posters. Don't judge. I'll not apologize for loving all that Walt Disney created! Growing up 20 minutes from the Happiest Place on Earth had an affect on me. And while I kind of cringe at the decor decisions of my youth, I'm glad that even back then I knew to adorn my walls with things that made me feel something. #mousketeerforlyfe 2. I didn't always know WHAT I wanted to be when I grew up, but I always knew WHO I wanted to be. Equal parts Anne of Green Gables and Gidget, obviously. 3. Every year for the past few years I've forced myself to learn something new. This goal has led to crocheting, tiling and learning how to use a compound miter saw. Next year I've decided I want to finally once and for all learn how to speak Spanish. I want to be able to speak to my dad in his first language. And it would be great to be able to do something other than cuss and order food. 4. Favorite tv show from my youth? Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Best. Show. Ever!!!!!! 5. There are only 2 albums ever created in which I know every word of every song- Jagged Little Pill ✌ and Rhythm Nation 1814- a generation full of color come forth with me! Ok y'all, please don't leave me hanging here. Tell me something random about yourselves! #fridayintroductions outfit details here -> #liketkit @liketoknow.it http://liketk.it/2t8bQ #fifthhousestyle #seasonswithstyle
