A Very Special Flirty Flamingo

A flirty birthday greeting was created when I CASEd this card from Wendy Klein, a fellow demonstrator and fellow member of Mary Fish's Stampin' Pretty Pals. I used the Gold and Black & White pieces from the Pop of Pink Specialty Designer Series and added some Flirty Flamingo from the In Color DSP stack instead of using the Melon Mambo colors that Wendy used. Up close you can see the

 

Rose Soap Leaves on Display

I am a volunteer tutor and we are having our end of year banquet tomorrow. I am hosting six ladies at my table, so I made each of them a special gift they can take home and use while on break this summer. I found the soap leaves, which are shaped into rose blooms, at World Market. They come 20 in a box and they come in different colors and scents. I chose all pink.These gorgeous 2" x

 

Lovely as a Tree Father's Day

This was a Workshop card for last night's workshop. I love how easy it is to be an artist using Lovely as a Tree, Memento Black ink, an Aqua Painter and a Stampin' Pad ink puddle! Look at that tree-it's gorgeous and anyone can do it! It's very quick, too! Using the Stitched Framelit to cut out my work of art really ups the artistry on this Father's Day card!The So Saffron layer of my

 

Father's Day

 I received my Hexagons Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. What makes it Dynamic is that it's very thick and it makes a pattern that is very deep in the card stock. I spritzed my card stock before embossing so it really grabbed the paper. I love it! You need to make a different "sandwich" on your Big Shot, but it's very easy!My sentiment is from the Many Manly Occasions
