Seasonal Cheer Embossing Folders — 3 Occasions, 2 Fun Folds, 2 Techniques

For today, I’m sharing the Seasonal Cheer embossing folders — a set of three mini embossing folders! One features leaves, perfect for fall or Thanksgiving. One has candy canes for Christmas. And the third has bats and spiders for Halloween.

With these embossing folders, I’m sharing three cards, two of which are fun-fold designs. I’m also showing two different ways to create the blackout techniques for using the embossing folders.

Below each picture, I listed the measurements and colors I used for each card.

A Sweetly Sentimental Z-Fold Fun Fold Card

Today I’m showcasing a fun fold card — a Z-fold — using the Sweetly Sentimental stamp set. I love this fold because it’s simple to put together, but it lets you showcase both the inside and the outside of the card when it opens. I call it the “long Z,” since one panel is longer than the other two.

Card Base

The card base is 4-1/4″ x 11″. Score it at 2-3/4″ and at 5-1/2″.
