Last month’s card box was so well-received. I decided to create another holder. This time, it’s a charming little purse designed to hold four standard-size cards. You can even fit a few more inside. This little purse is perfect to carry your cards in style.

The purse is made using Delicate Designs Designer Specialty Series Paper, but for extra sturdiness, I recommend using cardstock.

Today, I’m sharing a simple and striking fun fold that I call the Diamond Gate Fold. It may look fancy, but don’t let that fool you — this one is easy and comes together beautifully.

For this card, I used Thoughtful Journey Designer Series Paper (6×6). You’ll need two full sheets of the same print, which creates that bold, seamless diamond look when the card opens.

Today, I’m featuring a fun fold I call the Squared Triangle. This is a great fold to showcase Designer Series Paper on both sides. It is perfect for using all that paper we have been collecting.

The fold starts with a square piece of paper. We fold it into a triangle, then refold it for this unique design. I’ve included a video below that walks you through how to create the fold and assemble the card from start to finish.

Today I’m sharing two cards created with the Gears & Texture dies, featuring extra texture. I used the dies not only for cutting, but also for embossing, which is a great way to stretch the value of your die sets. To add even more texture, I lightly sanded the foil paper, giving it a distressed, industrial look.
