For today’s blog post, I’m sharing how to create a beautiful Two Beautiful Backgrounds Ombre Technique.

The ombre resist technique uses Irresistible Designs Specialty Paper. This designer paper has an embossed pattern that looks plain at first, but once you add ink, the hidden design magically appears. It’s always such a fun transformation to watch!

Today I’m sharing how to create a greeting card that holds money. Giving money as a gift is always appreciated because it lets the recipient choose exactly what they want.

The only downside is that mailing cash can be a little nerve-wracking since there’s always a chance it could get lost. I still designed this special card with a coordinating envelope that’s easy to mail (maybe a check would be more safe in the mail but still put a one dollar bill for the effect).

Today I’m sharing two greeting cards perfect for summertime! Also, make sure to scroll all the way to the bottom to learn about the new product release.

The first card features the U.S. flag that would be perfect for July 4th and uses a fun flip-card design. I also used the new Swirls of Magic Embossing Folder, which is part of today’s July Online Exclusive release. I understand the folder was just released today to late to get it to create a card for the 4th, but some demos have it on hand, and/or I bet you have another folder you would use, like a polka dot would be cute.
