Join my Too Cool Stamping VIP Group now to participate! _______________________________________________________________________  Vibrant Vases Trio Cards If you're a fan of the Vivid Vases from the Annual Catalog, you're going to love expanding the possibilities with the new Vibrant Vases stamp set. It was designed to coordinate perfectly with the Vase Builder Punch, just like the original stamp set. I love having so many options! Background Basics—I received this swap card from Mary Anne Grimmer and I love it so much! It starts with a 5-1/2" x 4-1/4" quarter sheet of Blueberry Bushel cardstock as the card base. The actual card is the 5-1/4" x 8" piece of Whisper White that's scored at 4" and mounted onto the card base. What a fun card opening! Next, she added three 5-1/4" x 1-1/8" strips of different colors of cardstock—Bermuda Bay, Coastal Cabana & Old Olive—and embossed them all with the Petal Burst Embossing Folder. She adhered each strip onto the card front, with the middle panel having the debossed side facing up. Sweet Sentiment—The Vibrant Vases sentiment was stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto a 2-3/4' x 3/4" strip of Daffodil Delight cardstock. It was adhered over a 2-1/4" Circle Punch in Whisper White to create a nice foundation for the focal point. Vase Trio—The focal point was assembled by stamping the Vibrant Vases tulip stem in Old Olive ink three times onto the circle. Then three vase images were inked in Memento and stamped onto the same colors as the background panels. They were each punched with the Vase Builder Punch; two were adhered with SNAIL, and one was popped up with Dimensionals. Finally, the tulips were stamped in Mango Melody ink onto Daffodil Delight cardstock and punched with the Vase Builder Punch, as well. One of those flowers were popped up with Dimensionals. I added a little Old Olive Linen Trim bow to one vase with a "pinched" Glue Dot. Two Cool—The second version features the same Blueberry Bushel card base, but this time I added panels in Balmy Blue, Highland Heather and Pear Pizzazz for a slightly different look. I liked all of them de-bossed in texture. Vase Trio—I also stamped the vases on the same three colors as the background. Everything else is identical to Mary Anne's card. The So Hoppy Together Sale-a-Bration stamp set was an instant favorite of mine. Bonus—it can be earned for FREE with a $50 order during Sale-a-Bration! We'll be creating one of these cards at my Occasions Kickoff Party on Sunday! Background Basics—I started by embossing a 4-1/4" x 2" piece of Granny Apple Green cardstock with the new Dot To Dot Texture Impressions Folder. I adhered it with SNAIL and a couple of strips of Tear & Tape to keep it securely in place on the Soft Sea Foam card base. My color palette came from the 1" x 5" strip of Tropical Escape Designer Series Paper, adhered to the left side. Froggy Focal Point—I stamped the So Hoppy Together frog in Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto a Whisper White 2-5/8" square die-cut with the Stitched Shapes Framelits. I added a butterfly and sentiment, then colored in the images with Stampin' Write Markers. The frog is colored with Soft Sea Foam and Granny Apple Green. The butterfly is colored with Flirty Flamingo, Petal Pink and Soft Sea Foam. The layer is mounted onto a 2-3/4" square of Shaded Spruce cardstock and popped up with Dimensionals onto the card front. Finishing Touches—I added some shimmer on the frog's spots and the butterfly with Wink of Stella clear glitter brush. I finished by adding a single Gingham Gala Adhesive Backed Sequin near the sentiment. Two Cool—The second version features the de-bossed Dot To Dot pattern on a Soft Sea Foam panel and a Granny Apply Green card base. Fantastic Frog—This time, I stamped the unicycle frog image onto a Whisper White Rectangle Stitched Framelits die-cut and layered it onto a 2-3/8" x 3-3/4" piece of Shaded Spruce. The frog is colored with Granny Apple Green & Soft Sea Foam and the unicycle is colored with Basic Gray, Shaded Spruce and Flirty Flamingo. I added Wink of Stella shimmer to the frog, gear and tire...and the Gingham Gala Adhesive Backed Sequins! That's right! I gave the sequins a sparkle, too! Today, I'm sharing a sweet little card featuring the charming Needlepoint Nook Designer Series Paper. We'll be making this at the Kickoff Party! One Last Spot Open! Is It Yours?  Sweet Needlepoint Nook Squares Cards I may be biased, but I truly think that Stampin' Up! has the BEST Papers! I love the double-sided coordinating patterns! I've fallen in love with the Needlepoint Nook DSP because of it's unique stitching and embroidery images. Check them out! The front and back sides of the paper provide a beautiful contrast, and I wanted to highlight that on today's cards by using both sides of one sheet. See How The Paper Is Made! This paper becomes even more impressive when you see how it was created from real embroidery. Check out the video: Needlepoint Nook Suite. Background Basics—I started with a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Whisper White cardstock, texture embossed with the Quilt Top Embossing Folder. Isn't that the perfect background for this embroidery-themed suite of products?! The layer is mounted onto a 4-1/4" x 11", vertically folded Whisper White Thick card base with a combination of Tear & Tape and SNAIL adhesives. Quilt Squares—I cut 4 Needlepoint Nook DSP 1-1/2" squares using the butterflies/navy stitching pattern. I mounted them onto a 3-1/4" x 3-1/4" piece of Whisper White and layered it onto a 3-1/2" x 3-1/2" piece of Balmy Blue cardstock. It's popped up onto the card front with Dimensionals. Pretty Label—I stamped the Needle & Thread sentiment in Night of Navy ink onto Whisper White cardstock. Next, I ran it through the Big Shot with the faux-stitched border die from the Needlepoint Elements Framelits. The shape coordinates with the Pretty Label Punch, so I could easily cut it out, then pop it up with more Dimensionals. Bitty Butterfly—Finally, I die-cut a small Balmy Blue butterfly shape with the help of the Butterfly Beauty Thinlits and attached it with Liquid Multipurpose Glue. It's topped with a Pearl Jewel. Two Cool—I showcased a different double-sided Needlepoint Nook DSP style on the second card. I used the same embossed background and same color mat. 
Lovely Label—I stamped the sentiment in Berry Burst to match the DSP and assembled the rest of the card the same as the original. Yep! I'm enjoying this suite more and more every day! It's a Sale-a-Bration selection, so you can get it for FREE when you place a $50 order. I love that it has beautiful, full-color butterfly and floral patterns on one side and black & white geometric and butterfly patterns on the back. The colors match the Gingham Gala suite of products and the images coordinate with the Butterfly Gala Bundle. It's like a coordination-apalooza! I can't resist items that work so perfectly together! There are SO MANY POSSIBILIES! Because the DSP is so awesome, you can create a simple card in minutes (which makes it ideal for my 20-Card Party...LOL!) Background Basics—I started with a 3" x 4" piece of my favorite "wildflowers & butterflies" pattern from the Botanical Butterflies pack. I specifically designed the card to use this size because you can get 12 pieces from one sheet of DSP, making it easy to create a whole stack of cards! I think this design would make a lovely gift set of cards! I adhered the DSP onto a 3-1/8" x 4-1/8" piece of Basic Black cardstock. Next, I tied some of the Grapefruit Grove Organdy Ribbon from the Combo Pack, another Sale-a-Bration selection, around the layers into a double-knot. The complete background is mounted onto a Lemon Lime Twist card base. Sweet Sentiment—I punched out a Whisper White circle using the 2" Circle Punch, then stamped a greeting from Beauty Abounds on it in Memento Tuxedo Black ink. You could use any sentiment here. I layered it onto a Basic Black Starburst Punch cut-out and popped it up with Dimensionals. Pretty Butterfly—The butterfly is straight from the DSP, too! There is a pattern on one of the double-sided sheets that is filled with colorful butterflies that fit inside the Butterfly Duet Punch! Too Cool! I'll be sharing a tip on how to maximize your butterflies from that paper on tomorrow's Tip of the Week and I'll show you LIVE on my Facebook LIVE Event on Thursday at my Too Cool Stamping VIP Group page. I attached the butterfly with Glue Dots in the center and bent the wings up. I finished by adding a single Gingham Gala Adhesive Backed Sequin in blue. Two Cool—The second version starts with a Grapefruit Grove card base. Everything is the same measurements, I just tried a horizontal design this time. 
Circle Décor—This sentiment is also from the Beauty Abounds stamp set. I featured a different color butterfly from the same DSP and a different color of sequins from the same embellishment pack. One of the last cards I created for my Occasions Catalog & Sale-a-Bration Catalog Kickoff Party ended up to be one of my favorites! I'm sharing that card project with you today. Do you wan to join us? ___________________________________________________________________ Looking For 2 More People To Fill The Next Share  Floral Romance Happy Banners Cards The color combination from the Floral Romance suite makes me happy! I decided to showcase the softly colored Floral Romance papers and Wonderful Floral Framelits, along with the must-have Well Said bundle on this Kickoff card. I was inspired by one of the cards shown on page 10 of the Occasions Catalog and I was very pleased with the way it turned out. Let's take a closer look! Background Basics—The card begins with a 5-1/4" x 4" piece of Soft Sea Foam cardstock that I embossed with the Tufted Texture Impressions Folder! It's mounted onto a Soft Sea Foam card base with Tear & Tape and SNAIL adhesives. Beautiful Banners—I cut a 4-1/2" x 1-1/2" strip and a 5" x 3/4" strip from the Floral Romance Designer Series Papers, fishtailed the ends and layered them onto the card front with SNAIL. Sweet Sentiment—I stamped the word "birthday" from the Well Said stamp set in Fresh Fig ink onto a 3-3/4" x 1" strip of Whisper White. Next, I die-cut the word "happy" from Fresh Fig cardstock using the coordinating Well Written Framelits and adhered it with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I absolutely adore this awesome words & phrases bundle! It's going to be so fun to be able to mix & match the perfect sentiment for both the inside and outside of cards! 
Finishing Touches—Before attaching the sentiment, I die-cut some lovely Mossy Meadow leaves with the Wonderful Romance Framelits dies. Oh my! Look at the beautiful vein detailing on those die-cuts! So, so pretty! I attached two leaf branches to the back of the stamped banner, then popped it up with Dimensionals. Finally, I added three Gingham Gala Adhesive Backed Sequins floating around the focal point. Even though the sequins are in Grapefruit Grove, they look fantastic with the Petal Pink DSP, don't you think? Two Cool—My Petal Pink version has many of the same elements. I changed one of the Floral Romance papers so there wasn't as much Petal Pink on the background. I made this one a Mother's Day card, instead of a birthday card, and I added the Soft Sea Foam color of Basic Adhesive Backed Sequins. So sweet!
