Cute Round Bag Pattern Ideas

Today I’m excited to share with you a free addition that I’ve made to my Alice Bag Sewing pattern. When I designed the Alice bag, my ideas was to make a basic round bag pattern then find ways to customize and personalize that basic round shape.  Since we are big Disney fans around here, it didn’t take me long to figure out what “character” to turn the round bag pattern into next… his initials are the same as mine, MM.

Keep reading to get the full “how to”.

If you’ve been following along here for a bit you may have noticed that a subtle pattern has been developing. Lots...

I talk about my family, our adventures and other random musings not generally related to crafts or sewing. If you’re just here for the crafts though, don’t worry, we will be back to our normal DIY projects next week. In the meantime I hope you enjoy reading about a few of the fantastic things we discovered about Bergen, Norway.

If you’re getting into this story in the middle, I’ll “sum up” quickly.  Last summer, I was able to take a trip to the Netherlands...

Last Minute Easter Sewing and DIY Ideas

I’ve spent most of the week scouring the internet for Easter related crafts and sewing projects to share on my Facebook page.  As I’ve been sharing the ideas, I noticed that a lot of people have asking for projects that they could complete at the last minute. Today I thought I’d take a second and share a few of the projects that I think could easily be completed before Easter Sunday.

A few are sewing projects, a few craft ideas and a few fun ideas for Easter dinner.

Dresses:

One of the simplest dresses to make in my opinion is a pillowcase dress. They are...
