FeedBlitz

Cookie Management and Tracking Settings

FeedBlitz values your privacy; information about you is yours and up to you to control. Our full privacy policy is here, and the bottom line is that we never share personally identifiable information about you with any third party, except for the owner of the list you are subscribed to, or when required to by applicable law.

GDPR

Right to Access

You may view any data you supplied to the list owner using the 'Preferences' link at the foot of every email we send. You may also log in to FeedBlitz and review the information we have there.

Right to Portability

You can export the data (such as your name) that we have saved for you, if you gave it to the list owner, at any time, again from the Preferences link in the email footer.

Right to Forget

You can delete this data at any time, or ask us to do so by contacting support. This is not the same as unsubscribing from a list; rather it deletes all extraneous data. The data will no longer be available to the list owner, which may subsequently adversely affect the relevance of emails you then receive from them.

Ultimately, FeedBlitz is the processor for the list owner, or list controller. If you use FeedBlitz to exercise you right to be forgotten, we will inform the list owner. You can also inform the list owner directly, and they can remove your information, not only from FeedBlitz, but from any other apps or services they use.

Right to Opt-Out of Sale of Personal Information

FeedBlitz neither shares nor sells any personally identifiable information (PII). If you provide data such as your name and email to a list owner, however, that list owner will be able to see and use your information, and you will need to tell them if you want to opt out of any PII selling that they do, if any. FeedBlitz may share anonymized (non-PII) tracking data with third parties, and you can opt-out of that at any time by disabling the Third Party Partners option here.

Browser Do Not Track (DNT) Settings

There's surprisingly little clarity about how to interpret DNT signals. Here's what FeedBlitz will do when your app asks us not to track you:

If no privacy preferences have been otherwise set, we will limit our cookies to essential and functional levels, disabling both analytics and third party anonymized data sharing. Even with browser DNT enabled, if you open (or click in) an email we send you on behalf of a list owner, FeedBlitz will still track your opens and clicks, reporting them to the list owner. This is in their legitimate interest, and it is, after all, what we as an email service provider (ESP) do. FeedBlitz is not responsible for how the list controller uses that information.
