Happy Monday!

The month of April is almost over and we are inching closer to towards warmer weather and summer! I love waking up to the sun shining outside, it helps me to be more productive. With May almost here, I am thinking of the Mother's Day projects that I would like to do.

I used a few different products from Penny Black to make this Mother's Day card. These adorable bears remind me of my grandson and the way he loves to hug my daughter when she gets home from work 💖.

Supplies used:

--Penny Black: Mama Bear 30-908, Garden Greens 51-652, Frame It 51-814

I hope that everyone has a very crafty week!-- Kim

Whole Lotta Product Again this Week

We have a whole lotta new product for you this week. We have new Doodlebug, Bella Blvd, Graphic 45, Crafter's Companion, Penny Black and more. Let's start with Bella Blvd and Doodlebug. Bella Blvd has a scrapbooking collection with bright colors and scrapbooking tools.

Doodlebug has a 'Get Well' collection. We have cut aparts and more.

Hard to see but this next page has 'get well' a a repeat on the entire page. The print is big enough you can easily use it as a background for a card.

Must have Doodlepops! We also have mini shakers and enamel spots.

We also have the sprinkles for the inside of shakers, colorful pills and hearts and bandaids.
Doodlebug has coordinating stamp and die sets.

Graphic 45 is next. We have two new collections. The first collection is humingbirds and butterflies, Flights of Fancy.

The other collection is 'Sunshine on My Mind'

We have 8X8 and die cut packages for both sets.

Watermelon seeds!

Seeds and the rind!
Some of the die cuts for the Flights of Fancy.
We've also gotten in some tools and odds and ends. First is a variety of pens from Marvy starting with this colorful set from LePen. We also have the pastel set. These pens give you a fine line that's great for journaling.

We also have back in stock this black fine point that is alcohol ink based and can be used with your Copics.
We are always looking for a good white fine point pen. This is great for adding those white highlight lines you see on many images that help create interest and dimension.
From LePlume Sharon got in a selection of yellows, purples and a few other colors that are sometimes hard to find or blend with Copics. These pens have a nice brush tip, great for coloring.
Several great products and tools from Crafter's Companion. First is this essential tool kit that comes with fine fussy cutting scissors, a straight edge metal ruler, tweezers, an exacto blade tool and a self healing mat.

We also have three sizes of scissors. Sharon has pulled two to show you here. I love a good scissor and these are teflon coated for non-stick.
Next up is Penny Black. We have new dies and stamps. Sharon loves these and sees a class or two coming down the road with what is below. We're starting with several new sentiment sets. These are invaluable in creating cards for almost every occasion.

Stick & Shine allows you to foil without any tools. You choose your sentiment. Cut it out from the others, place on your card or page, burnish, peal up the protective layer then lay your foil over the word or shape, burnish again, peel and you have a foiled sentiment or shape. We need Sharon to demo one of these.

Floral stamp sets are next. I definitely see a class in the future.

We also have these sweet acrylic stamps from PB.

We have several card samples you will see later on, first the dies.

Next up is a little 49 & Market. Sharon used these all-included scrapbook layout kits in her last layout class. They were a special from 49 & Market and she has extras for sale for only $20. They are normally $38. You get all the makings for four 12x12 layouts. Each page has the completed image. Sharon had those taking the class take a photo of the image. Turing the page over you have the printed base colors, then using the die cuts, rub-ons, and chipboard included in the kit you build your page using the photo as your guide. I have done at least four of these kits and I love them. My only negative is that in some the area you have for your photos is smaller than a standard print. I've had to reduce my images before printing or crop them down to fit into the desired space. HOWEVER, you can modify your page how you choose to fit your photos. Even though they give you a guide you can create your own page.

A few more companies to go! Waffle Flower is coming out with a new release this week that Sharon has been hinting at, can't wait. Until then we have these Mother and Father's Day die cuts. We also have the same from Picket Fence.

This last die is also from Picket Fence and I think Shawn has plans...
Poppy Stamps and Memory Box is next. Here are samples and the dies used to create them.

We have butterflies (the insect of the summer this year) and below is their Gladiola collection. I picked up a few as Sharon will be doing a class with these similar to the anenome class she did with a previous Memory Box release.

The Happy Spring word and shadow die is also new.
I believe this is from We R Memory Keepers and it's a tool designed to help you create signatures for book binding.
We can't forget Tim. Here are several re-stocks of his red rubber stamps.

Last but definitely not least are several card classes coming up. Some of these have dates on our website and some we are still waiting on final word. First up is Sharon's Stenciling II. She loves this stencil and will show you how to create these lovely cards.
This is a Betterpress class. Learn how to get the most our of your plates and machine.
Kim's Birthday card class. Pretty Pink Posh is the stamp and Kim is all the color!
I love, love, love tulips! I've done this class with Spellbinders/Simon Hurley tulip die set along with Pink Fresh's clipped corner stitched layered dies. I've also thrown in a classic from MFT. All the coloring is ink blending.
Finally, Mona joined Sharon and shared these friendship bracelet cards created using Concord & 9th's Friendship bracelet stamp and matching die set. Mona went a step further by adding a real beaded bracelet to her Buffalo Stamps card.

If you have any Swifties in your circle, these make a great card for birthday or a great layout add-on to someone who has photos if they were lucky enough to see Taylor in concert.
Whew! That's it. I've got my funny and then I'm outa here til next week.
That's my thought process lately. Have a crafty good week everyone and above all Stay Safe!
