There is no purchase necessary to play McDonald's MONOPOLY Game. However, the process to get a game piece has changed for 2026. You must now send a request via snail mail to obtain a FREE game piece.

You can receive one Game Piece (which also earns one bonus Chance Card Game play) when you mail in a request in a postage-paid (not metered) outer envelope with a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) inside.

That means each request will require two first-class postage stamps — one for the outer envelope and one for the SASE.
